The successful candidate will display a strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, CostX (or similar) estimating software as well as proficiency in compiling and following budgets, estimating and financial analysis. Nationally, we have recently implemented Utecture – experience in Utecture although desirable, is not essential however this programme will be integral to your role.
- We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. Someone with a genuine interest in the industry and looking to enjoy themselves whilst at work.
- The successful applicant will be willing to grow within a business that that will invest in you and help you reach your goals professionally and financially. You will learn and work on all facets of residential construction Estimating and Quantity Surveying.

We estimate this role would be approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday being based in our head office in Nelson.
