Quantity Surveyor for Insulation

Immediate start available.

• Quantify construction plans for insulation and send quotes to the client.
• Take a proactive role in building relationships, seeking and developing new opportunities.
• Ensure the correct and appropriate materials are considered and included in quotes.
• Use and maintain a competitive approach to secure and improve opportunities through upselling of product and presenting customer attractive products, use flexible approach and change products offered to secure business.
• Support the organization in the development of new opportunities
• Ensure customers experience a high standard of service through professional communication, current product knowledge, recommendations and workmanship.
• Support and work with team members in a collaborative and positive manner.
• Complete organisation required documentation as required.
• Take responsibility for personal wellbeing in the workplace and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure continuously on a journey of development in regard to product and insulation knowledge, current and new insulation efficiency technologies, industry standards and developments. Use product and insulation knowledge developed to provide recommendations to builders and clients.

• Prior use with Simpro job management system would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Basic knowledge and understanding of construction floor plans would be an advantage
• Familiar with H1
