Flooring Installer / Labourer

We’re a small, Kiwi-owned family business looking for a motivated and hardworking flooring installer/labourer to join our crew. We’re mainly based in Hamilton, but our work takes us across the North Island, including Auckland, Waikato, Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty.
You must be comfortable travelling and staying away with the team for up to 4–5 days at a time when required.
We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and being a down-to-earth team that supports each other and gets the job done right.
What we’re looking for:- Minimum 1–2 years flooring installation or labouring experience (will consider less if you have some experience)
- Reliable, physically fit, and hardworking
- Strong work ethic with pride in workmanship
- Willingness to travel and stay away during the week when needed
- Full NZ working rights
- Full driver’s licence preferred
