Are you an experienced Carpet & Vinyl Installer looking for a fresh start with steady, reliable work? Complete Flooring is seeking a skilled tradesman to join our Kainga Ora Maintenance contract in the Waikato. If you take pride in quality workmanship and are confident in installing carpet and Commercial vinyl, including coving and capping, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.

Your RoleAs a Carpet & Vinyl Installer - you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out Kainga Ora flooring work across residential properties
- Installing carpet and vinyl throughout occupied and vacant homes
- Confident installation of vinyl coving and capping to a high standard
- Assessing existing floors and preparing substrates where required
- Measuring of sqm confidently
- Working efficiently to meet maintenance timeframes while maintaining quality
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, health & safety, and site cleanliness
- Engaging professionally with tenants, site managers, and other subcontractors

What We’re Looking For- Proven experience installing carpet and commercial vinyl
- Strong confidence in coving and capping (essential)
- Experience in maintenance or residential work preferred
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing consistent workloads
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full or restricted clean driver’s license
- A tidy, safe, and professional approach at all times
