Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general facilities and building maintenance works
  • Complete minor repairs, remedial works, and asset upkeep
  • Work across multiple sites, including isolated work when required
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and site requirements
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Team Leader – Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team
  • Plan daily works and allocate tasks
  • Ensure productivity, quality control, and safety compliance
  • Act as the main on-site point of contact
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Use technology for job tracking, reporting, and managing receipts, timesheets, and basic job documentation

  • Be comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Have strong communication skills

  • Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Hold a full NZ Driver’s Licence
***Team Leader applicants must also:
  • Have prior experience leading or supervising small teams
  • Be confident using technology (mobile apps, job systems, email)
  • Be able to manage receipts, timesheets, and basic job documentation accurately
