Key Responsibilities- Carry out general facilities and building maintenance works
- Complete minor repairs, remedial works, and asset upkeep
- Work across multiple sites, including isolated work when required
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site requirements
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team
- Plan daily works and allocate tasks
- Ensure productivity, quality control, and safety compliance
- Act as the main on-site point of contact
- Support and mentor team members
- Use technology for job tracking, reporting, and managing receipts, timesheets, and basic job documentation
- Company vehicle provided (transport from workshop to site)

Applicants must:- Have proven experience in facilities maintenance, building, or a related trade
- Be comfortable working independently and within a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Hold a full NZ Driver’s Licence
- Have prior experience leading or supervising small teams
- Be confident using technology (mobile apps, job systems, email)
- Be able to manage receipts, timesheets, and basic job documentation accurately
