Opportunity for an HR Advisor who has had training advisory experience on a 3-month hourly rate contract- commencing asap in the next 2 weeks .
Key responsibilities:
- Providing generalist HR support to Managers
- L&D and training support
- ER support
- Employment agreements
- Maintaining training database
- HR project support
- Inductions
- Support organisational change
- Onboarding and off boarding
- Coordinate performance appraisals and relevant documents
- Health & Safety support
- Recruitment
You will need to have good generalist HR advisory experience , training/L&D support , NZ employment legislation, be well organised with excellent communication skills.
