About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations-supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with data entry and database management
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
