About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of the operations, providing administrative, accounting, and sales support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Record keeping - maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems.
  • Marketing support - assisting with promotional activities and social media updates.
  • Scheduling jobs - coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Payroll and accounts - processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting financial accuracy.
  • General office duties - ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Previous administration experience (experience in the trades sector is an advantage).
