Packing Administration Leader
About the Role
As a Packhouse Administration Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, quality control checks, and supporting the efficient operation of our Packhouse. When the Packhouse is not operating, you will assist the Distribution Centre or other areas of the business as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete daily quality control checks and maintain accurate records
Assist Packhouse Supervisor with day-to-day operations and reporting
Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Maintain accurate documentation for inwards goods and outward production
Participate in health and safety activities and report hazards or incidents promptly
Skills & Experience
Essential: Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations
Knowledge of food safety and quality requirements
