Office Administration
LEES (Limitless Electrical and Energy Solutions) is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, capable Office Administrator / PA to the Director to join our friendly and professional team. We’re one of Dunedin’s leading electrical and solar providers, known for high standards, great service, and a genuine team spirit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Bank reconciliation
- Supplier and customer communication (invoice queries etc.)
- General office duties: filing, document management, supplier accounts
- Supporting payroll data collation and leave tracking
- Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the Managing Director
- Social media posts
- Loading jobs onto software, scheduling work with customers and employees
What we’re looking for:
- Office admin experience Preferable
- Confident with accounting software (Xero)
- Excellent communication and time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Bonus: Marketing or social media skills
