The Key Responsibilities are: Planning menus and dishes in consultation with other chefs
Preparing and cooking foodSupervising other kitchen staff and apprentices
Ensuring quality of dishes before they are served
Managing the kitchen's budget
Ordering and managing kitchen supplies
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Training and mentoring junior chefs
Coordinating the work of the kitchen staff
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Creating new and exciting recipes
We are Looking for someone who had NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
