What we are looking for:
We are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment. If you are a qualified Baker, enjoy working in a team and working closely with customers - come and join us. We pride ourselves on our fresh food departments and our Bakery plays an integral role in the success of our store.
Key responsibilities:- Production management
- Ensuring the highest standard of fresh, quality baked products
- Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained
- Organising, leading and coaching staff
- Maintaining our Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards within the department
- Achieving sales and gross profit targets
Hours:
This role is full-time with days and specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage. Days and hours will be flexible for the right candidate.
About you:- Proven experience working as a qualified Baker or Bakery Manager/2IC in a supermarket or similar environment
- Passionate about producing a high-quality product
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven Leadership skills
- Dedication to customer service
- Developed organisation and planning skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail
