What We're Looking ForOur ideal candidates will:Be Registered Nurses who lead by example, influencing and building strong relationships that foster diversity, strength, and kotahitanga (unity).Have experience in mental health and/or addiction, with a deep understanding of person- and whānau-centred care, ensuring equity is always front and centre.Be committed to early access to care, developing strong liaison and consultation links with primary care teams and community agencies.Champion Māori health outcomes, strengthen community partnerships, and bring excellent clinical knowledge to support whānau ora.Communicate with confidence and clarity, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Have experience (or be keen to learn) in providing clinical supervision and coaching, while fostering creativity within the team.
