To support our team to deliver the highest standard of care, we are looking for a Registered Nurse - Clinical Coach to guide, support and mentor our clinical staff from orientation and throughout their professional journey with us.
You Will Bring:- A qualification as a Registered Nurse registered to practice in New Zealand with a scope of practice that enables you to undertake the duties of this position
- Experience working in a palliative care setting or with patients with life-limiting conditions (highly desirable) or willingness to learn
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- A commitment to whanau-centred care and Hospice Whanganui’s values and philosophy
- An understanding of Te Ao Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles (or a willingness to learn)
- A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of patients and their whanau/families
- Confidence to support learning in one-to-one, group and online environments.
