Join an enthusiastic team at the Winifreds Bar and kitchen In Napier.
We are seeking 2 x full time cooks with a minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
Task and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
**Operate kitchen equipment’s such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
**Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
** Excellent Cooking techniques and attention to detail.
**Food/ingredients preparation cooking, plating and presentation.
**Responsible for the cleanliness of the equipment and utensils in the kitchen and make sure that correct procedures and guidelines are followed.
**Follow hygiene and safety regulations.
**Communicate with head chef and other kitchen staffs in relation to any quality issue;
Job requirements:
- Having minimum of 2 years of Commercial kitchen experience.
- Must be available to work weekends, Split shifts, Public holidays and overtime
- Must be punctual, reliable and be able to work well in a team and maintain food quality and consistency.
- You must be a Citizenship of New Zealand or have a valid open work visa or residency to be considered.
