Pizza Hut in New Zealand stands for serving the best quality pizzas in NZ and has been in existence in NZ since 1974. As part of the experience and ongoing success we are looking for great talent to join us in the Waikato area.
This opportunity is available in the Waikato region (Morrinsville, Paeoroa) — area where we are actively building our portfolio. We are looking for a multi-site manager that who will be responsible for the operational and functional aspects of the business, across two existing sites.

We are an award-winning business prides itself in ensuring we deliver results and exceed customers’ expectations, through customer service and delivery of high-quality delicious pizzas in accordance with the Pizza Hut standard.

As the multisite manager, you will:
  • Review business needs regularly and find solutions to address them
  • Audit stores periodically
  • Hold accountability for the Profit Centres P&L
  • Develop team skills, instilling and sustaining a strong sales target achievement and customer service culture
  • Develop and maintain administrative policies and ensuring audit processes are followed by staff
  • Complying with all employment legislation including company policies and guidelines
  • Effective employee conflict resolution
  • Conduct a fair recruitment selection process and ensuring once selected they are conducted into the business with clear expectations on how to perform within their role, including induction and H&S.
  • Fraud and Theft policy to be regularly reviewed and signed by all employees.
  • Accountable for transactional growth for their restaurant.
  • Hold teams accountable for? delivering? superior customer service.
  • Responsible for the management and minimisation of waste by meeting targets, maximising sales and operating efficiency.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; and initiating improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure rostering allocation is carried out in a way that maximises productivity and minimises labour dollar/hour, but treats employees equitably and fairly.

We are looking for people with: At least 3 years proven leadership experience

Experience within a customer service environment (retail / fast food store highly preferred)
Experience with driving sales to deliver on KPI’s
Ability to work under pressure and with time management

Reliability, energy, integrity, and drive to succeed.

Competitive hourly rate between $35 p/h to $37 p/h

Use of company car for travel between sites (Clean driver's license required) and company cell phone

Full time employment of 40 hours during trading hours with a guaranteed 30 hours minimum per week. Note our stores operate late and are 7 day trading stores, therefore working hours may require you to work evenings, public holidays and weekends.
