The Opportunity Based at the Mangere site, and reporting to the Plant QA Lead, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the company’s QA systems and day-to-day operations. Your work will help ensure the delivery of safe, consistent, and top-quality dairy products to customers around the globe.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily quality systems, documents and compliance records
- Coaching and guiding operators on RMP, HACCP and OMAR requirements
- Contributing to audit readiness
- Driving consistent quality practices and a mindset of continuous improvement
About You:
You’ll bring an organised, solutions-focused mindset and be comfortable communicating across departments. Ideally, you’ll also have:
- 2+ years’ experience in food, dairy, beverage, nutraceutical, or FMCG manufacturing
- Exposure to quality systems and regulated production environments (HACCP knowledge essential)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and confident communication skills
- Full work rights in NZ and availability for a6–7 month fixed-term contract
