Duty Manager – Premium Indian Restaurant (Wellington)
Description:As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys premium service in a welcoming and refined environment. You’ll oversee front-of-house staff, manage reservations and service flow, monitor compliance with liquor and health & safety regulations, and act as the key contact during your shift.
You’ll lead by example—motivating the team, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in modern Indian cuisine and cocktails.
Key Attributes: Current Duty Manager Certificate
Proven experience in managing high-end or busy hospitality venuesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
