SnapInspect is a fast-growing U.S.-focused SaaS company that builds smart software for property inspections and maintenance. We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who’s ready to kickstart their career in tech, grow with us, and become a key part of our customer success team.

This role is based in our Snells Beach office (no remote option) and runs Tuesday - Saturday, from 4:00 AM to sync with our U.S. customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide new customers through onboarding so they get the best start.
  • Support clients across phone, email, chat, and Zoom.
  • Smash customer satisfaction and response time goals.
  • Spot risks and escalate them before they become issues.
  • Keep our Knowledge base fresh, helpful, and easy to use.
  • Be the customer’s voice - share feedback and ideas to make our product better.
  • Help improve processes, resources, and customer training.
Who We’re Looking For
  • You’ve got experience in customer support, account management, or another client-facing role.
  • Problem-solving is your superpower - you’re proactive and resourceful.
  • You’re a strong communicator, written and spoken.
  • You juggle multiple priorities with ease in a busy SaaS environment.
  • You’re independent but also a team player.
Bonus Points If You…
  • Have used CRM/support tools like Intercom or HubSpot.
  • Are quick to pick up new software and tech.
  • Have experience maintaining Knowledge base Documentation.
  • Come from a SaaS, tech support, or customer success background.
  • Love gathering customer insights and shaping product improvements.
