This role will include a wide variety of tasks, such as purchasing supplies, processing invoices, answering phone, support with meetings and projects, coordinating fleet car bookings for the district and preparing reports and presentations. The role requires to support during a response and emergency events and other regional Administration functions as required.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity located in: Auckland. About the Team/Service/ LocationThe National Public Health Service (NPHS) within Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, work towards Pae Ora (healthy futures) for all by engaging with the wider determinants that impact people's health, focusing on oranga/wellbeing, prevention, protection, and population-level intervention.
We are connected across boundaries to deliver public health services that are nationally planned, regionally delivered and locally tailored.About youAs an Administration Coordinator, you will be pro-active and an enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team but can use your initiative and work independently when needed.

You will be required to work with a range of teams and audiences in this role so you will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to engage with stakeholders and network across the NPHS Northern regional teams and the wider organisation.A relevant tertiary qualification or comparable experience.Minimum 3 years in office administration experience supporting a manager and teamA high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Visco, Powerpoint and Excel)Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.Proven experience in office administration and/or coordination including minute taking, collation of reports and phone handling.Understanding & experience working in partnership with Pacific communitiesWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
