About you:- Hold a NZQF culinary diploma or internationally recognised equivalent (ANZSCO skill level 2), or have at least three years of relevant experience in a CdP role or higher.

- Will assist in any way as assigned by our head chef
- Will maintain standards of food preparation by following the company recipe manual
- Will maintain standards of food and kitchen hygiene as trained
- Will ensure stock is kept under optimum conditions and rotated accordingly
- Will ensure that all dishes leave the pass correctly garnished, correctly portioned and presented
- Are willing to follow directions exactly
- Observe a habit of personal cleanliness
- Enjoy working with and supporting a professional team
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Are available to work on a roster basis, weekend and late nights required
Pit barbeque or breakfast experience as a CdP is beneficial
Minimum contracted hours for each role is 35 hours a week, rate $27-$30 depending on qualifications & experience.
Your work location will be Park Kitchen, 6 Park Road, Miramar, Wellington
