MÓN is a seven day a week food producer with a high volume Café, Restaurant and a separate Artisan Bakery located in the centre of Havelock North village.
We are looking for the best barista and cafe staff to help take our business to the next level. Our new premises will be one of the largest cafes/restaurants in Hawke's Bay; cafe by day and asian fusion restaurant by night.

Responsibilities:
Head Barista – Drinks planning, Drinks costing, Ordering and inventory, Monitoring and maintaining consistent drinks standards and quality, Staff leadership, Staff training, plus Barista / Cafe Assistant tasks below.
Barista – Provide exceptional service to customers. Assist in all aspects of the cafe; serving customers clearing tables, restocking, packaging, dishes, cleaning. Make latte art coffee and specialty drinks with speed whilst interacting with customers.They will be able to work on a La Marzocco KB90, Mythos 2 Grinders and a Puq Press. Training available.
Expectations for All Roles:- 5 days a week and required to work Saturday and/or Sunday
- 40 hr week
