We are looking to employ a suitable candidate having passion to work in the retail industry working with our team in our retail business. We are looking for a reliable person prepared to work on the rostered hours of our seven-day operation. Job Description:
Working under the instructions from owner/manager for the entire store operation.Organizing workflow in store
Ability to work on multiple sites when required. (During Critical business conditions only)
In charge of employees and the facilities / services available at the store
Buying, controlling, and analyzing the stock level of the business
Pricing and promotion of products to maintain and services.
Identifying and introducing of new products in the store
Sales improvement to accomplish profitability.
Recruitment, training, and supervisor of staff
Administration and financial record keeping
Provide and develop excellent customer service standard.
Maintaining Business Standards and its Values.
Maintaining Compliance record and keeping them up to date.
Ensure the business follows all the health and safety policies and bring about the required. changes. This is a fulltime permanent position. Hours of work: Minimum 25 – Maximum 40 (rostered shifts) must be prepared to work in the early morning shifts, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Place of Employment: liquorland Southgate Takanini Auckland Wages: from $24 - $25 an hour based on skills or management experience. Skills Required: Applicant with tertiary qualification /or minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience in a retail industry.
