Service Administrator / Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be an integral part of our service department, responsible for providing a seamless experience for our customers.
The Advisor role will involve scheduling service appointments, liaising with customers to understand their vehicle needs, effectively communicate with our technicians to ensure an accurate service and repair delivery.
The Advisor role requires commitment, enthusiasm and the successful candidate must have a can-do attitude.
Attitude is more important than experience.
You need excellent communication skills, outgoing personality and preferred customer service experience.

Requirements:- Excellent customer service, experience preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills for a range of administration duties
- Computer systems knowledge
- Quick learner that can work well under pressure
- Someone who can juggle multiple tasks at once, take direction
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Automotive industry experience would be an advantage
- Clean NZ Driver’s License (full preferred)
