***What You'll Be Doing***
As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be the go to person on site, the one who keeps the team aligned, the work flowing, and the standards high.
***Your responsibilities will include:***- Leading and mentoring electrical crews across multiple sites
- Overseeing daily operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial systems
- Supporting complex fault finding and troubleshooting
- Assisting with project documentation, claims, and reporting
- Building strong relationships with clients and resolving issues early
- Planning labour and resources to meet deadlines
- Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with NZ standards
We're looking for someone who's confident, capable, and ready to take ownership.
***You'll need:***- A current EWRB Practising Licence (E or EE)
- Experience supervising teams or the readiness to step up
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, or mechanical electrical work
- Excellent problem solving and fault finding skills
- Strong communication and people leadership ability
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- A current NZ Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel occasionally
