Industrial Electrician
There's a new industrial company on the scene in Central Otago - they've got a charged-up workload and are looking for their next sparky!
This is a permanent, full-time role for an NZ qualified electrician who has demonstrated experience in the industrial field (however individuals with a solid commercial background will be considered, depending on experience). The main projects you will be involved in are wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and three waters contracts.With a variety of innovative projects underway and a great team alongside you, you'll find endless motivation and room to grow.

Role:
With a freshly formed, powerhouse team leading the charge on a range of chunky industrial and infrastructure projects throughout Central, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something new.
The bulk of the confirmed work mainly consists of waste water treatment plants, pump stations and 3 waters, across a mix of both private and council contracts. In between the larger projects mentioned, there will also be a diverse portfolio of work on a variety of sites throughout the beautiful Central Lakes area will keep each work day feeling fresh!
You will be joining a supportive company whose down-to-earth, professional management have plenty of experience in the industry and a wealth of knowledge to share. You will be liaising with clients, contractors and responsible for staying on top of documentation regularly, so it's important you're confident and self-sufficient on site.You'll be working as part of a small team alongside the site supervisor regularly, and reporting to the company director who is proud to offer an open-door approach to communication (and we've confirmed with the team that he does walk the walk!)
What We Are Looking For:
- New Zealand Registered Electrician
- Demonstrated NZ experience as an Industrial Electrician (or solid commercial experience)
- Competent in Controls + PLC is essential.
- Experience in E4M, SCADA, telemetry, system integration and automation experience is also desirable but not essential
- Polished communication + enthusiastic team player
