As Engineering & Manager of this modern, automated site, you will oversee implementation of some state of the art advancements in OT & AI in the manufacturing space. Lead & engage the team to move with the improvements being installed. Use your Continual Improvements skills for identifying & implementing technical projects & programs that improve processes, reduce costs, or increase output.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the Engineering Maintenance department
• Preventive maintenance of production equipment
• Daily use of CMMS & other AI technologies
• Hiring, training, mentoring & supervising staff members
• Leading & enabling the team
• Helping the SLT to deliver on capital projects

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automation)

NZ WORK RIGHTS - RESIDENCY/ CITIZENSHIP / WORK VISA

Rewards: You will be rewarded with an Annual Salary package $120k- 155k p/a
