Sous Chef
We are looking for a sous chef to compliment our team
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the executive chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead the team by example. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and execution of menus using fresh, seasonal produce
Supervising and supporting kitchen staff during service
Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Managing prep, stock control, and minimising waste
About You
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
Passion for modern café/restaurant food
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and work as part of a team
Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
