The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who owns a section, delivers consistent plates during busy services, supports the pass with clear communication, lifts standards every week.

What you’ll do
Set up your section to spec with disciplined mise en place
Cook during service with precise timing plus clean docket flow
Rotate across pizza and grill; cover larder and pans as needed
Keep recipes, portions and plating guides accurate
Uphold our Food Control Plan; lead allergen care; complete checks
Reduce waste via FIFO, smart prep maps, thoughtful use of trim
Assist ordering and stock counts; flag variances early

Coach juniors on pace, knife safety, station readiness

What you’ll bring
2+ years as CDP, or strong Commis ready to step up
Sharp knife skills, reliable pace, cool head under pressure
Team-first mindset with clear, respectful communication
Right to work in NZ, or eligibility to obtain a visa

Roster
