Senior Finance Operations

We’re looking for an experienced finance operations professional to take ownership of our billing discipline, revenue accuracy, and month-end financial clarity. This senior role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and confident leading finance processes across a growing, multi-disciplinary practice.
What you’ll lead
In this role, you will be the key driver of our finance operations, with responsibilities that include:
- Leading the full invoicing cycle to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and client-ready
- Overseeing the resolution of complex invoice issues and client-requested corrections.
- Owning the month-end close-out process and ensuring alignment between Deltek Vantagepoint and Xero
- Identifying system discrepancies and coordinating cross-team resolution
- Driving AR governance, including visibility standards, follow-up routines, and escalation pathways
- Leading aged-debt management and partnering with Directors to reduce risk exposure and improve predictability
- Extensive experience in finance operations, billing, AR management, or revenue control
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial systems and data
- Ability to lead processes, influence senior stakeholders, and uphold high operational discipline
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Xero (or similar systems) is advantageous
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Play a key leadership role in modernising finance operations and shaping best practice
- Work closely with Directors and operational leads across the business
