The Role

As our Centre Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of the centre and the go-to person for everything administration. No two days are the same – from supporting whanau with queries, managing bookings and accounts, to keeping our centre running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key tasks include:

• Accurate data entry and account management (including payments and direct debits)
• Supporting new and existing families with enrolments and queries
• Meeting regular Ministry of Education deadlines and reporting requirements
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a high standard of care and service

This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will need someone flexible for this role to do a mix of shifts.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
• Friendly and compassionate with excellent customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable managing accounts processes and resolving queries
