Assistant Manager
The Farmer's Daughter is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a Restaurant or Hospitality EnvironmentHold a current LCQ (License Controller Qualification)
Hold or actively working towards a Manager’s Certificate
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
A background/knowledge in a production venue, where the restaurant produce is grown on site and then incorporated into the food and drinks. Not necessary but preferred.
NZ driving licence
Your role will include: Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervising and mentoring front-of-house staffEnsuring compliance with licensing laws and food safety standards
Assisting with rostering, stock control, and ordering
Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
This is a full-time permanent role Monday through Sunday with two rostered days off, on a 45 hour a week roster. Candidates must be situated in the region, or willing to move, for this role.
