We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager / Beauty Therapist to join our TCC Glenfield team. This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their career by developing their management and coaching skills while continuing to deliver outstanding client care and advanced treatments.
You will support the Clinic Manager in the day-to-day running of the clinic, lead the team in the manager’s absence, and help coach staff to provide exceptional consultations, customer service, and treatment results.
Whether you are an experienced Dermal Therapist, Laser Hair Removal Technician, or skilled in Laser Rejuvenation treatments, we want to hear from you.
About You - The ideal candidate will have:- A Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Experience in advanced dermal therapies (preferred)
- Experience using Laser and/or IPL technologies (preferred)
- Proven success in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong sales ability and confidence in recommending treatments
- A passion for achieving real results for clients
- Excellent consultation skills and the ability to understand client needs
- A sound understanding of skin science
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and coach others
