Full-time, permanent role in the west coast We offer a minimum of 30 hours per week and up to a maximum of 60 hours in our peak periods.
assist with stock control rotation and receiving deliveries.
report maintenance issues to the head chef promptly .
follow directions from senior chefs and restaurant manager .
strong food safety and hygiene standards
available for weekends and public hoildays
able to work both morning and evening shifts on a 7 day roster
A minimum of two years’ experience as a junior Commis Chef or one year experience as a Demi Chef de Partie level
Work alongside a passionate, supportive team in a spectacular natural setting
The shifts are a mixture of day and afternoon/early evening with some weekend shifts to prepare mealskey responsibilities .
maintain quality control on all prep items, including seasoning and cooking alongside senior chefs
fellow all recipes and kitchen procedures minimise kitchen waste , maintain a clean hygiene and safe work environment follow kitchen cleaning schedules and food control plan requirements.assist with stock control rotation and receiving deliveries.
