Customer Liaison & Sales Support (Part-Time)

The Role

We seek a part-time Customer Liaison to support our sales and administration team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, processing orders, and keeping our records accurate using Capsule CRM and Xero. The role is around 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone local looking for part-time work during school hours, with school holidays off.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
Support sales with quotes, follow-ups, and order processing
Maintain customer details in Capsule CRM and Xero

Assist with general office administration and filing

What We’re Looking For

Confident, clear communication skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Capsule, Xero)

Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Requirements

Must provide a CV and two references
Must have a valid photo ID
Must consent to a criminal record check (no criminal convictions)

Local applicants preferred

Hours & Flexibility

4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Time off during school holidays
