Two-year Experience in the field Chef.
- Assist in planning menus,
- Manage estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies dependent on income and expenditure of the sales
- monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation and as per menuand order placement
- discussing food preparation issues with Managers, kitchen and waiting staff.
- demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- preparing and cooking food as menu
- explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations, cleanliness
- may select and train staff.
- may freeze and preserve foods, stock rotation and inventory control
- Asian Experience fusion is an advantage (preferable Thai cuisine)
