Contract: 12 months fixed-term, full-time
About the role
No two days will be the same in this role which takes place in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We - re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide full administrative support to our team. This varied role includes general office tasks, answering overflow calls, and occasionally covering the front desk.
You - ll need to be organised, adaptable, and possess strong communication and time management skills. Training will be provided to help develop your knowledge and confidence across a range of duties. A friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, while prior office experience is a plus.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, and the full salary range is $72,035 - $79,573

This role is located within the Pasifika Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. This is an opportunity to be part of a team where a supportive culture thrives, offering learning and development opportunities, while achieving impressive KPIs through collaborative working.
Our team is part of the wider Younger Persons Specialist Mental Health sector which provides for infants, children and adolescents between the ages of birth and 18 years (inclusive) with indicators of significant mental health problems. We provide a range of services which include:
- An adolescent inpatient service
- An eating disorder service
- Intensive clinical services
- Specialist maternal mental health services
- An early intervention service for Psychosis

About you
You will need to bring a can-do attitude and the ability to juggle a heavy workload. With outstanding customer service skills, and confidence in using Microsoft applications, we are looking for someone who can really hit the ground running and get things done.If you are able to prioritise and evaluate your workload to ensure things are done in a timely manner then we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is ideal, but not necessary.
