Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds Booking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception desk Effectively identify and escalate risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations.
