The position also provides administrative assistance to the wider ACaCS team and, as required, to the Middlemore Central and Emergency Response. This role is central to facilitating effective communication within the division and across the wider organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Key responsibilities include:Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions with multiple stakeholdersSupports the divisional planning and development processUtilising corporate systems and tools to streamline workflows and enable timely, informed decision-makingHandling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalismProviding proactive briefing and support to senior leadership to enhance operational effectivenessAbout YouYou are a proactive and highly organised professional with a proven track record in supporting senior leadership.

You bring a strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. Key attributes include:Minimum 3 years experience in EA/PA or supporting senior staffAdvanced User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)Proven ability to organise and coordinate multifaceted events and meetingsStrong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when managing sensitive informationExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
