Location:Wellington Regional Hospital Contract: Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time (0.5-0.9 FTE) and Fixed Term (1 FTE Parental Leave cover), Rostered andRotatingHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in theprinciples of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is dedicated to serving all NewZealanders.

About the Role We arelooking for flexible, dynamic and motivated Registered Nurses who have eitherneonatal experience or a desire to commence a career in neonates.Neonates is an equity and family focused team with an emphasis onexcellence, evidence based practice and research.About the Team/Service Location NICU provides level three NeonatalIntensive Care Services for the central region of New Zealand including a24-hour Infant Retrieval Service.

Level two Neonatal Services are provided forthe Wellington Metropolitan and Kapiti / Porirua areas. A neonatal HomecareService provides transition nursing support for infants in the Capital &Coast catchment area. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) also hasresponsibility for provision of a telephone consultation service to the regionand provides education and consultation to level two referral units.
