Our CARTERS Invercargill branch is looking for a Customer Service Representative who builds genuine relationships, drives sales, and takes real pride in being the building partner of choice for this community.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. You will be a key part of a tight-knit branch where your contribution is seen, valued, and rewarded.
- Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter and assisting on the shop floor to deliver a seamless sales experience
- Process sales and refunds accurately while maintaining high showroom standards that reflect our brand
- Deliver exceptional customer service by matching customers with the right products and ensuring every transaction is charged to the correct account
- Prepare and load customer orders and complete all sales documentation accurately and on time
