• Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries (in person, phone, email)
• Assist with bookings, drop-offs, and general service questions
• Take in jobs and gather all relevant customer and vehicle information
• Prepare job cards, estimates, invoices, and related documentation with high

• Process customer payments and complete daily administrative tasks
• Monitor and maintain stock levels in the parts department
• Order parts for scheduled and additional work; manage returns with suppliers
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers on job progress
• Support the workshop team by ensuring parts and information are ready when

needed

• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and phone
• Strong customer service focus with a friendly, professional manner
• High attention to detail and reliable, consistent work habits
• Previous experience in automotive parts, service advising, or admin preferred
• A technician looking to move off the tools would also be a great fit
• Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Full, clean driver’s licence
