We have an exciting and pivotal leadership role within Kids’ World Education Group (All About Children/ Lots of Hugs/ Adventureland ELCs) for a Quality Assurance Manager overseeing the Auckland Region (Ellerslie, Avondale and South Auckland Centres)

As a passionate and experienced leader, you will wear many hats to allow you to manage in an ever-evolving environment and be adaptable to meet various needs as they occur. Your role as a Quality Assurance Manager will require you to oversee the Mentoring and coaching of Managers throughout our 8 centres in Auckland Region, regarding quality practices, curriculum, and staff development.You will use your previous expertise in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centres are maintained and use your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and staff.
You will work alongside our National Quality Assurance Manager to Care, Coach, Energize and Innovate an exceptional Growth model to bring Excellence and Growth to the Kids’ World Organisation.
The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role:- An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop, lead and coach a team to deliver best-practice childcare services
- Drive enrolments and sustain growth by understanding and strengthening each centre’s key success factors.
- Identify, refine, and promote each centre’s unique selling point to build a strong community presence and reputation.
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and uphold KWEG’s reputation through proactive leadership.
- Oversee staff wages, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure fair remuneration and financial sustainability.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring centres run efficiently and meet all regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the National QAM to develop, track, and deliver on strategic objectives through dynamic Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
- Proven recent success in an educational management or leadership role with the ability to demonstrate an inclusive and collaborative leadership style.
- Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics.
- Ability to deliver compliance of policies and procedures and MOE Regulations.
- You will be open-minded regarding change and be motivated to proactively focus on improvement.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability of building strong and lasting relationships.

- Full drivers’ licence is essential as you will be required to travel amongst centres
