Auckland & Beyond Tours is looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate part-time Tour Guide to join our team! If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, love sharing stories about New Zealand’s culture and landscapes, and are looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle – this could be the perfect role for you.

• About the Role:
• Part-time & flexible hours
• Ideal for semi-retired individuals or anyone seeking a rewarding, low-stress role
• You’ll guide small groups on day tours or multi-day trips across Auckland, Rotorua, Hobbiton, Waitomo and more.
• Engage guests with fun, informative commentary and deliver memorable experiences
• Work independently and with a supportive operations team
• Seasonal Workload:
• Summer (Oct–April): Approx. 4 or more tours per week
• Winter (May–Sept): Approx. 1–2 tours per week
• Work is based on bookings – flexibility is key!
• What You’ll Need:
• Full NZ driver’s licence (Passenger Endorsement required to be obtained)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
• Confidence driving a van or small minibus
• Knowledge of local areas (or willingness to learn)
• A second language is a bonus but not required
