This role offers a balance of leadership and hands-on clinical practice, with rostered time to ensure you maintain a clinical caseload.You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused radiation therapy.You'll coordinate staff rosters, manage clinical incidents, support student learning, and oversee performance and development plans for your direct reports. You’ll also help introduce new models of care, contribute to audits and research, and collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Oncology Nursing Team, and other members of the MDT.About the Team / Service / LocationOur Radiation Therapy team at Auckland City Hospital is part of Te Pūriri o Te Ora – Regional Cancer and Blood Service, serving the Northern Region.
The team is operationally led by Clinical Team Leaders, supported by the Radiation Therapy Head and Radiation Therapy Professional Leader.
