Radiation Therapist / Therapeutic Radiographer
This is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating resources, workflow, and staffing needs within a designated clinical team to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.You will bring proven leadership experience, with a strong focus on accountability and the ability to support, coach, and guide your team.
You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment, while also managing operational demands and addressing any barriers to service delivery.Your clinical expertise will be relied upon to resolve issues as they arise and to lead the implementation of new patient care processes and service delivery models.
