Located in Methven and proudly locally owned and operated, Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa sits at the foothills of Mt Hutt, also known as Opuke. We offer a premium hot pools experience, an exclusive day spa, and inviting hospitality spaces, all underpinned by strong sustainability principles.
Now in our fourth year of operation, we’re continuing to grow our team.
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, we’re looking for a vibrant and motivatedfull-time Guest Services Team Leaderto support and guide our exceptional front-of-house team. We operate seven days a week and will have a total of three Team Leaders.As a welcoming presence and confident leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys the magical Opuke experience.
What you’ll be doing- Leading the delivery of outstanding guest service
- Supporting, motivating, and developing your team
- Ensuring team goals are met and service standards are consistently high
- Creating memorable experiences that leave guests smiling
- A genuine people-person with a passion for exceptional service
- A positive and motivating leader who brings great energy
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
