Production Supervisor - Mechanical

We’re on the lookout for a mechanically minded Production Supervisor - Mechanical to step onto the floor and make things happen. You’ll be hands-on, working alongside the team to coach, train, and motivate - getting the most out of both people and machines.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on improvement - spotting ways to make processes, machinery, and output better every day. You’ll be walking into two brand-new machines, so it’s a great time to shape how things run as the business moves forward.

• Lead, coach, and upskill a team of long-term staff
• many of whom are effectively unskilled
• by working alongside them
• Troubleshoot machinery and automation issues
• Keep operations flowing efficiently with smart, timely decisions
• Manage workloads, shift coverage, and weekend work when needed
• Use data and insights to drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes

We’re looking for someone with strong manufacturing experience, ideally five years plus, with proven leadership skills. You’re practical, proactive, and confident leading by example. A hands-on approach, clear communication, and the ability to grow your team are essential.

The role is day shift 6am-2:30pm, with occasional early starts at 4am when things get busy - and regular Saturdays available.
