Join our client as their new Production Inventory Coordinator, based in Cambridge, Waikato. They are New Zealand’s largest fleet fit-out manufacturer, providing turnkey vehicle solutions to large and small fleets, country-wide.
As the Production Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels to support manufacturing operations. This role ensures accurate tracking, replenishment, and control of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.You will work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory flow, minimize shortages, and reduce excess stock.
This is a permanent role and will be pivotal in ensuring the accurate supply of stock levels and management across the operation. You will need to be comfortable owning your work and ensure high accuracy!

This is a full-time role (40 hours) which will be worked between the hours of 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 12pm Friday. They always knock of early on Friday!
More about the role:- Must be comfortable operating a forklift safely and physically fit to lift up to 25kgs
- Work closely with production supervisors to ensure materials are available for scheduled runs
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules
- You will be able to work unassisted when required
- Use excellent administrative skills to ensure accurate data management and reporting
- Proven previous experience in warehousing, logistics and team leadership
- ERP system experience would be excellent
- Forklift OSH and F endorsement required
- Full Drivers licence and able to get to work every day on time
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite products including Outlook and Excel
- High attention to the small details
